Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do!

Q: How much tax will I be charged on my order?
A: A 5% sales tax is added on all orders placed within Canada. For all other countries, the price you see is the price you pay.

Q: What are your shipping and handling charges?
A: Shipping and handling is free for most countries. Please note that a shipping fee will have to be added for a few countries.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days depending of the country and shipping service chosen. We're well aware that customers are eagerly waiting for their orders hence we'll do our best to accelerate the shipping delay as much as we can! In some rare occasions, the shipment might get delayed due to customs. If this occurs, please allow it a few more days.

Q: Am I provided a tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will automatically be sent to your email address upon shipment. In some rare cases, the tracking number won't be available but insurance will be offered.

Q: What should I do in case of a lost shipment?
A: A lost shipment is quite rare so customers shouldn't worry about it. If a parcel happens to be lost in mail, please send us an e-mail. We'll send the claim to the postal company and they'll conduct an investigation. Once the shipment is confirmed to be missing, we'll ship the item(s) purchased once more absolutely free.

Q: Do you have a return or an exchange policy?
A: All items can be exchanged with another item from our store within 10 days of receipt. Sale of discounted items is final and can only be exchanged for a different size if we have the item in stock. We do not provide any refunds. For more info, please click here to view our exchange policy.

Q: How do I pay/purchase online?
A: All payments must be sent via PayPal (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, etc.). Before you can buy on our site, you must first create an account with us. Once completed, purchasing items online is as simple as 1, 2, 3. Click on the item(s) you're interested in buying and follow the directions.
