No Stretch, Very tight Arms

I absolutely love the color and style the the jacket, the fabric and sleeve cut make it unwearable. I have many Joseph Ribkoff Jackets in the same size, but the arms were so tight on this particular jacket and there is no stretch, so I couldn't move. Extremely disappointing as I love the idea of the jacket. The color and cord are a lot of fun and extremely versatile.
