    This is a dual fabric dress that Joseph Ribkoff has given a slightly voluminous but high turtleneck collar. The collar, a standout detail, is made from the slightly satin-finish textured fabric as the skirt and the ends of the three-quarter sleeves. The rest of the look is a lesson in matte. Finally, note that the balloon skirt stops at the knees and has side pockets. Unique, practical, and utterly charming.
