WILL CUSTOMER SERVICE BE AVAILABLE?

Yes, our customer service team will be available as per regular hours of operation. If you need to know anything, we are here and ready to help. If it’s just to talk or just to shop, we’re here for you!

WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED?

At this time, our order processing as well as delivery transit times are not affected. With the dynamic nature of this issue, we’ll post updates if we do see any significant impacts to our shipping timelines.

 

IS MY PACKAGE AND PRODUCT SAFE?

We understand that you may have concerns and the official CDC FAQ page has some helpful information regarding how COVID-19 is transmitted, including:

"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently, there is no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Information will be provided on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) website as it becomes available."

 

WHAT IF I'M RETURNING AN ITEM AND MY LOCAL COURIER IS CLOSED?

Returns are still being accepted as all couriers are considered an essential business and are operating as usual. Should there be any changes, we will update you immediately. For delivery and operating hours, you can always contact your local courier directly. Most couriers are offering a pick up service, and others may defer all drop-offs to another location. Please confirm with them their drop-off availability and hours of operations. 

All customers experiencing difficulties returning orders due to COVID-19 can rest assured that our return policy will be extended and definitely more lenient in the following months.
