Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The majority of our orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days. The delay will vary according to the country and shipping service chosen.

Q: Am I provided a tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be sent to your email address upon shipment. In some rare cases, the tracking number won't be available but insurance will be offered.

Q: What should I do in case of a lost shipment?
A: All parcels are shipped fully insured therefore customers have nothing to worry about! If a parcel happens to be lost, our team will conduct an investigation. Once confirmed missing, the order will be re-shipped express immediately.

Q: Do you have a return or an exchange policy?
A: All items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. For more info, please consult our store policy.

Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: We currently offer free returns for orders shipped to Canada and the U.S. 

Q: What should I do if I'm having trouble purchasing online?

A: Shipping and handling is free for most countries.1ere Avenue reserves the right to charge a shipping fee when necessary.

Q: Can I place my order by telephone?
A: Yes, you certainly can.  
 
Q: What are the accepted payment methods on your website?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Through the PayPal option, we also accept Discover cards. If you have any questions, please contact a member of our care team who will be happy to assist you.
 
Q: Who sells Joseph Ribkoff in my area?
A: Unfortunately, we aren't associated with any boutiques outside of the region of Montreal. 
 
Q: My size isn't available on the website. Can I still order it?
A: Please contact a member of our care team either by e-mail or by telephone for additonal assistance and item availability at 1-888-605-5525. 
 
Q: Does Joseph Ribkoff run true to size?
A: The general feedback from our clients is that Joseph Ribkoff items are cut slightly smaller than your usual brands. 
 
Q: Which couriers does 1ere Avenue use?
A: Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and FedEx. U.S. & International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL 
 
Q: Are there any available promocodes that I can apply to my order?
A: All promocodes that may be applied to an order are generated from a previously returned item. Unfortunately, any promocodes from outside sources (i.e. Google, etc..) are unauthorized and cannot be used on an order. The best way to take advantage of 1ere Avenue's discounted items and/or promotional sales is by signing up to our newsletter.
