The dress came immaculatley packaged and true to what the picture shows. It was a little big (size 16) so I ordered another (size 14) and it fit better. Instructions were clear for returns and I was credited the amount. Would have liked an email stating that the item was received and my a count was credited. I had to look up my credit card transactions to see the refund.
