I was so amazed when my coat arrived as it was everything and more than I expected. I find with your coats very warm with heavy lining but this quote was not lined and yet fit perfectly! It was made from Milano wool which I know is very warm and does not pill. The for trim if attractive and I live in a very windy city so I love the hood! Five star jacket

However, it should not signal an approval to outsource (hope you haven't already) the production of your product to the degree that quality and the good name of JR is compromised. Canadian product is what we're buying and what we will continue to shop for. I have paid much more for items through your website, and through local retailers; so quality and style is foremost!

Warm and cosy.

Whilst I state good value, and it is a beauroful style garment, I was very surprised to find one of the sleeves, below the fur cuff, was hanging down because it wasn't folded up and stiched to the inside. Somehow this must have slipped through quality control inspection. I have manged to have this fixed as best I could so all is well now. Thankyou, I do love your garments, other than this one they have always been a high quality.
