BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT BLUE BOLERO

Bought this bright blue bolero to wear over a bright blue floral dress. It is just a little sheer cover up for the arms so there's not much to it at all and folds up as small as a handkerchief. It has a sparkle detail on the sleeve. I was not able to get in my proper size so had to buy what was available and bring to the tailor for alterations but was glad to find it.
