Quality construction but too short in length

I may actually send this jacket back because it is quite short on me and it does not zip up. I'm still in the thinking mode regarding whether or not I am keeping this jacket. It is of quality construction and nice material so that may be it's saving grace.

Very versatile piece for warmer days.
