I really like how this top can be worn as a tunic with leggings or as a dress. I’m 5 feet tall and got this in a size 8 so the length ran down to my knees and could be worn as a dress. It’s high in quality and the inside liner is semi fitted and the top flows romantically. The ruffles truly makes this extra feminine and elevates it to a suitable evening dinner piece.
