In the event that you're not satisfied with your item(s), you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt* Please note that sale items and items from our prom collection are only eligible for store credit.

 

Shipping and Returns for Canada and the USA:


Orders over $99 include free shipping. Returns are complimentary, as a prepaid return label is provided with your order. Store credit returns incur no fees, while refund requests are subject to a 4.95$ processing charge.* Prom styles are not eligible for free returns. To initiate a return, please select Return Activation at the bottom of our website.

* Some restrictions apply. In rare cases, return shipping fees may be charged.

For international orders outside the U.S. and Canada, any applicable duties and taxes are included in the total amount charged at checkout. In some cases, we absorb these fees entirely, meaning no additional duties will be charged. When duties and taxes do apply, we cover a portion of the cost to offer you a discounted rate. Additionally, in the event of a return, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Item Availability

Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact the client via email. The client will then have the option to get a refund.The merchandise available at 1ereavenue.com is subject to change.

 

Original Condition

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
 

Store Credits

Store credits are issued as a courtesy when a refund to the original payment method is not applicable, such as for sale items or select return cases. Please note that store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

 

Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads - way more than even our most loyal customer would order or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

 

Payments

We accept all major credit cards as well as echeck payments. When an order is placed on our website, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. The system we use (PayPal) helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

 

Sales Tax
