Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The majority of our orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days. The delay will vary according to the country and shipping service chosen.
Q: Am I provided a tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be sent to your email address upon shipment. In some rare cases, the tracking number won't be available but insurance will be offered.
Q: What should I do in case of a lost shipment?
A: All parcels are shipped fully insured therefore customers have nothing to worry about! If a parcel happens to be lost, our team will conduct an investigation. Once confirmed missing, the order will be re-shipped express immediately.
Q: Do you have a return or an exchange policy?
