Darling darling dress! Unfortunately the manufacturer/designer of this garment thinks a size 16 woman has breasts very high up on the chest. The darts came up so far up that it looked very strange and I personally do not have a low chest line but a pretty nice figure for a 5’9” lady that wears a size 16. I wish it had worked out because the dress is a perfect pop over style.
