    This sublime dress is ideal for a special occasion. It features short, dropped sleeves that meet in a wrap-around design at the bust. Below the cinched waist, the skirt flares out elegantly, ending in an inverted curve that alternates transparent and opaque bands. Designed by Joseph Ribkoff.

    I love this dress - it is so different and I definitely didn't feel "old lady" in it, but for a 12 hour wedding event I wasn't sure how comfortable it would be. Fits nicely and the hi-lo hem is so pretty, but I had to return it.
