The side gathering and proportions didn't wor
Beautiful fabric, feel and cut. However, the side gathering, usually perfectly executed by JR is just too overwhelming on this dress. Too bad, because this dress is very elegant. It may look best on a tall woman so that the extensive gathering works better on a longer body. I'm 5'5" and usually size 10 in JR. For me, the proportions were just off on this dress.
